Where Can I Get My Silver Coins Certified NGC?

I noticed a very large markup from uncirculated bullion coins (SAE, SCML, Philharmonics) to certified uncirculated coins. How much would it cost per coin to get all my silver that is fresh from the mint tubes certified as NGC Gem Uncirculated? Where could I do this? Wouldn't it be very profitable to buy SAE for $15-16 a piece, pay a few bucks a piece for gem uncirculated certification and a plastic case, and then sell them for $25 a piece?
